Giclee' Reproductions Page 1 | Page 2 | Page 3 | Page 4 | Page 5 What is a giclee’? (pronounced "jeh-clay") A giclee’ is a digitally produced, exact replica of the original artwork that is printed on artist’s canvas. This new technology allows art lovers with varying budgets to obtain and enjoy the beauty of museum quality fine art. However, a giclee’ print is NOT a mass-produced printing of artwork. Rather, it is a painstaking process on a limited basis that is supervised by the artist on a one-at-a-time craftsmanship within the Thunderdome Studio in Boulder, Colorado. Renee Palmer-Jones’ giclee’s are produced with a pigment based, archival quality in on fine canvas that are guaranteed to retain their vitality for 100 years or more without noticeable fading. Additionally, Renee personally "enhances" each giclee’ in her studio with oil paint, and signs and numbers the giclee’ to ensure that every piece is unique. Giclee’s are sold with a signed, dated numbered Certificate of Authenticity. Renee Palmer-Jones sells giclee’ reproductions in Limited Editions of ten prints only. You may be assured of quality and value when you purchase a giclee’ print.
